Susan Claris has announced she is leaving Arup after 30 years - for the past 16 years she has been an associate director at the consultancy. She also spent six years as an executive officer at the DfT.
She said: “After 40 years of work with Department for Transport (DfT), United Kingdom & Arup, it is time for change. I will continue to be active in the world of walking, wheeling and cycling as Vice-President of Living Streets, local campaigning and other things to come!”
