The Mayor of London has announced plans to expand the ULEZ scheme, but the move to back the anti-pollution initiative has been seen as controversial by some.

Alternative green transport strategies can provide flexibility and scalability that fixed infrastructure schemes like ULEZ lack. For example, Peter O’Driscoll, managing director, RingGo, says his company’s Emissions-Based Parking is already setting positive precedents in London.
