Essex schools benefit from 3PR road safety package

The North Essex Parking Partnership (NEPP) is aiming to improve road safety for over 400 pupils in Earls Colne via one of its Gold 3PR packages. 3PR represents the three parking rules of care, consideration and caution.

NEPP provides advice and guidance to children, parents and carers on safe and considerate parking practices.
