Sunderland’s trial of e-scooters is set to continue until May 2024 following the appointment of a new operator Zwings, which takes over from Neuron Mobility on 30 November.
This follows updated DfT guidance that allows local authority e-scooter trials, which started in November 2020, to continue until May 2024. The trials were due to end this month.
