West Yorkshire logistics development gets green light

A speculatively built warehouse park will be delivered space in West Yorkshire by joint venture partners Henderson Park and Cole Waterhouse.

Konect 62, a 136-acre logistics development in Knottingley was acquired with outline planning consent for 1.4m square feet (130,000 square metres) of logistics accommodation.
