A cancer centre and multi-storey car park are to be built on a shared plot of land close to Royal Surrey County Hospital in Guildford. The car park will be used by hospital staff and serve the GenesisCare Cancer Centre that will offer the latest innovations in cancer treatments.

The cancer centre and car park are being developed by Prime. After receiving planning permission from Guildford Borough Council earlier this year, Prime has finalised the finances for the scheme.
