Reading to get protected cycle lanes

New segregated cycle lanes will be installed along a main road in Reading along with a cycle hub in the town centre. Reading Borough Council secured £1.17m the Government’s Active Travel fund for the cycler lanes, which will run along both sides of Shinfield Road, from Christchurch Green to Shinfield Rise in south Reading.
