Three hydrogen fuel cell buses have entered service in Belfast. State-owned operator Translink has purchased the double-deckers from Northern Ireland bus manufacturer Wrightbus. The vehicles will run on ‘green’ hydrogen, produced by electrolysis at one of Energia’s wind farms in North Antrim.
