Grants to ease LEZ burden on Scots

The Scottish Government is preparing a fund to provide support for private individuals affected by the introduction of low emission zones. The Government has ordered LEZs to be implemented in Scotland’s four largest cities – Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen and Dundee – by the end of this year. All will initially cover buses only before being extended over time to other vehicles, including private cars. A Transport Scotland spokesman said details of the fund would be finalised...
