NR challenges foot crossing re-opening

Network Rail is appealing against a planning inspector’s  ruling that a public right of way over a railway must be re-opened. 

Following a three-day public inquiry in May, planning inspector Joanne Burston said she was satisfied there was evidence of 20 years’ use of the pedestrian route across the Llandudno branch line at Deganwy (LTT 2 Aug).
