Wales funds more 20mph zones

The Welsh Government has awarded £10.8m of grants for road safety and community safe routes, including new 20mph zones in Swansea, Neath Port Talbot and Pembrokeshire. Monmouthshire will receive funding for a 20mph limit and traffic calming in Chepstow. The largest single grant is £440,172 for safe routes in Ammanford and Betws in Carmarthenshire, where the county council is also awarded £409,572 for safe routes in Llanelli.
