West Sussex County Council is allowing local businesses to issue free street parking vouchers in a bid to encourage more visitors to Chichester city centre.
The council has given Chichester Business Improvement District (BID) 1,000 books of its on-street parking vouchers to be distributed from September though to the lead-up to Christmas. Businesses can give the vouchers to regular customers for use when picking up orders or to extend appointments.
