Scotland’s transport minister Humza Yousaf has refused to guarantee the future of the country’s seven regional transport partnerships as a review of transport governance progresses.
Yousaf’s thinking on the RTPs is revealed in a letter that he sent to Gordon Edgar, the chair of the South East Scotland partnership (SEStran), last October and which was released last month.
