Automated pods are being tested between Cambridge Station and Trumpington park & ride to look at the feasibility of launching a driverless bus system. 

The £250,000 project, funded by Innovate UK, is being delivered in partnership with Connecting Cambridgeshire and the Smart Cambridge Programme. The automonous PodZero vehicle has been developed by Coventry-based RDM Group.
