LoHAC doesn’t offer value, says Sutton

The London Borough of Sutton is procuring four new highways contracts, saying the London Highways Alliance Contracts (LoHAC) does not offer value for money.

The contracts, due to commence on 1 October, will cover: ad hoc reactive and minor highways planned maintenance; planned highway improvements; planned machine carriageway resurfacing; and street lighting.
