Confusion after court’s wheelchair bus ruling

Bus drivers must do more than simply request someone occupying a disabled space to move if a wheelchair user boards, the Supreme Court has ruled.  

The case was brought against FirstGroup by a wheelchair user who was unable to board a bus because a mother with a pram refused to vacate the wheelchair space.
