Councillors in East Riding of Yorkshire have approved cuts to the supported bus service network that are expected to save the council up to £565,000. The reductions will be phased in, with the first reductions this April and a further round in April 2018. East Riding has 90 supported bus contracts that receive subsidy of £1.3m a year.
