NOTTINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY Council and Cornwall Council have formally launched Via East Midlands Ltd, a joint venture company to deliver most highways and all fleet management functions for Nottinghamshire County Council.
Via East Midlands Ltd is 51% owned by Cornwall Council company CORSERV, and 49% by Nottinghamshire. Via is Latin for road.
