Four councils in Surrey have adopted the RingGo phone parking service under a cashless parking framework agreement managed by Elmbridge Borough Council. The other councils are Guildford Borough Council, Runnymede Borough Council and Waverley Borough Council.
All four councils had been clients of Bemrose Mobile. In November last year Elmbridge, Guildford and Waverley suspended use of Bemrose Mobile’s Phone and Pay service, citing undisclosed contractual reasons.
