Orkney Islands Council has spelt out the conditions that will have to be satisfied if it is to remain part of a roads service collaboration project in the north of Scotland.
Most Scottish councils are participating in the Government-backed roads collaboration programme, which aims to share expertise and deliver efficiencies.
