Campaigners oppose £100m bus plan

An alliance of 17 community and environmental groups is calling on local authorities in Bristol and the surrounding area to drop plans for a £102m bus priority project.

The groups fighting the Bristol North Fringe to Hengrove Park Metrobus proposal, say the patronage forecasts do not justify the investment, which will “destroy” 28 green/public spaces.
