A motorist who fled to Slovakia after driving over a civil enforcement officer’s foot has been tracked down by West Midlands Police and brought back to the UK to stand trial.
The incident occurred in June 2012 when Igor Javor drove at the CEO after she issued him with a penalty charge notice for parking in a loading bay.
