Proposals for Oxfordshire's first park & ride site outside the city of Oxford have been approved.
The owners of the Bicester Village retail development, Value Retail, will fund the £3m car park, with almost 600 spaces, on land close to the shopping complex off the A41. It will serve both the site and drivers heading into Bicester itself, and regular buses will also run into central Oxford.
The aim is to have the scheme up and running before Christmas 2014.
