Hufton heads London Underground in re-organisation following Smith’s move

London Underground and Rail managing director Mike Brown has announced a new senior structure of his team following the move of Chief Operating Officer Howard Smith to Crossrail, and LUL Chief Operating Officer Howard Collins to run the newly created Sydney Trains in Australia (New Transit Jan/Feb).
