Leeds trolleybus ‘doesn’t require bus QCs’

The business case for introducing trolleybuses in Leeds does not rely on a Quality Contract for the city’s bus network, the project promoters have said.

Leeds City Council and Metro, the West Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive, are jointly promoting the trolleybus project, dubbed New Generation Transport (NGT).
