Those promoting HS2 have spent circa £1bn pounds of taxpayer’s money promoting the thing. They should be ashamed of themselves, doubly so in so far as they intend to press on (‘Crisis? There’s no crisis, says Munro’ LTT 22 Jun). Here is why.
