London’s Partners in Parking (PiP) initiative will continue expanding the range of services it offers, despite two member authorities deciding to leave.

Richmond upon Thames has decided to leave the partnership, following in the footsteps of Enfield which opted out in April. A report by Richmond cabinet member for highways & street scene, Chris Harrison, states that expected savings had not materialised and contracts which been arranged do not meet their needs or requirements....
