Greyhound rolls out self-service ticketing kiosks

Passengers at bus stations across USA will be able to use NCR’s kiosks for a range of options

North American bus operator Greyhound Lines is installing 150 NCR self-service ticketing kiosks at bus depots across the USA. Passengers will be able to buy tickets at kiosks or pick up tickets  bought online.

So far the SelfServ 60 kiosks have been installed at major stations in several cities including New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Chicago and Washington D.C. The system is being rolled out to cities including Houston, Orlando, Atlanta, Los Angeles and Seattle.
