Rod King of 20’s Plenty for Us  just hasn’t thought through his position on judgement of speed by drivers.

Yesterday when I drove around my home town I chose to drive at 5mph between two rows of parked cars, and so avoided a collision with a bright blue Rover 200 that emerged suddenly from a drive. On numerous occasions I responded to all kinds of road situations with similar judgements of appropriate speed – Give Way signs, cyclists, horse riders, traffic lights, traffic...
