Protests prompt Newham to review tactile paving

Councillors in the London Borough of Newham have asked officers to reconsider a draft policy on tactile paving that is at odds with Government guidance.

‘Blister’ tactile paving is intended to help the visually impaired locate pedestrian crossing points.
