Blair has a degree in industrial design from the University of Ulster, Belfast, and a masters degree in automotive design from Coventry University.
He began his career as a conceptual model maker in Germany before joining Wrightbus, the Northern Ireland-based bus builder in 1997. Today he is a senior designer with the company.
