Ratcliffe has thrived since joining Stagecoach’s graduate scheme in 2005.

“I love the buzz and energy around the business, I couldn't begin to tell you what an average day is like, no day is “average” and you're never bored,” she says. Ratcliffe is now operations manager Stagecoach in Torbay, where she manages almost 300 drivers over two sites.
