Scottish traffic commissioner brands First bus operations 'dire'

Scottish traffic commissioner Joan Aitken has branded FirstGroup's bus operations in its home city of Aberdeen as "dire" with buses operating consistently late.

The move comes as all three of First's Scottish bus operations are under the spotlight of the traffic commissioner in the coming weeks.
