BAA has warned bidders for Gatwick Airport that it will not be forced into a cut price sale by debt repayment requirements and confirmed that it would continue with its appeal against the Competition Commission’s ruling that it must divest Gatwick, Stansted and either Glasgow or Edinburgh airports.
