The south-west of England’s regional transport board has identified a number of new trunk road improvements it wants the Highways Agency to cost for the purposes of the Regional Funding Allocation 2.
Roads identified are:
• A417/A419 to the south-east of Gloucester. The constraint is Air Balloon junction and a section of single carriageway.
• A31 between south-east Dorset and the A34/M3. The region wants a costing for improving the road between Ameysford and Merley roundabouts...
