These issues will be considered by transport governance expert Dr Louise Reardon, Professor of Governance and Public Policy at University of Birmingham, and Simon Munk, Head of Campaigns & Community Development at London Cycling Campaign.
Munk created the Pathway Approach, which helps shape campaign strategy by diagnosing a local authority's current position on cycling.
The seminar will take place in Room M324 (3rd floor), 35 Marylebone Road, London NW1 5LS, on Tuesday 2 September from 5.30pm to 7pm.
