A London NHS trust is piloting a daily riverboat delivery service as part of its plan to reduce its carbon footprint.

Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust has teamed up with CEVA Logistics and Livett’s Group to trial the service on the River Thames. The scheme sees medical supplies delivered by boat to a jetty from which they are relayed to the hospital by cargo bike.
