A new bridge will be built over the A90 near Kirkliston after City of Edinburgh Council awarded extra funding. Deterioration of joints in the original structure meant the old Burnshot Bridge had to be demolished in November 2017.
Money from the council’s Roads Capital Investment programme will be spent over the course of the next two years on replacing the link.
