The number of residents cycling in Wandsworth has increased at a faster rate than anywhere else in the country, according to new data published by the Department for Transport (DfT).
The DfT’s Local Area Walking and Cycling Statistics: England, 2014/15, reveals that the south London borough’s highest annual cycling statistics increased from 18% to 31%, a 12.5% increase over the period between 2013/15.
