A four year framework to handle highways contracts totalling up to £261 million is being commissioned by the Midlands Highway Alliance.
The organisation is launching the package, known as MSF2, so its 18 member authorities can appoint contractors for road improvement schemes totalling up to £25 million, quickly and cost-effectively.
