The owners of vehicles trapped in an automated car park for almost three years are still awaiting redress.
The vehicles were stuck at Rathbone Square, near Oxford Street, for 28 months after an automated stacker system broke down. The vehicles were retrieved in April.
The estimated the total claims across all affected vehicle owners could exceed £1m. However, drivers say no compensation has been paid.
