Tewkesbury Borough Council has created a town centre EV charging hub.
The new hub is located at Spring Gardens car park, which hosts the Gloucetershire town’s popular market every Wednesday and Saturday.
The hub features eight 7kW Evolt AC chargers that are designed to serve two bays simultaneously.
The new chargers have been installed with accessibility in mind. They feature lowered charging sockets and full compliance with the latest PAS 1899 standard.
