Two new businesses launched to provide automated traffic enforcement and parking services ­– Elovate and Trellint

Modaxo has completed its acquisition of Conduent’s kerbside management and public safety businesses. Modaxo, a division of Canada-based Constellation Software, announced its intention to acquire the Conduent kerbside and public safety businesses in December 2023.

The $230m acquistion of the Conduent businesses expands Modaxo’s offering in the traffic management sector as it is launching two new brands: Elovate and Trellint.
