The iconic Aston Martin DB5 is model motorists would most like to park in their dream garage, eBay study reveals

Nearly two-thirds of UK motorists (65%) would consider moving house for the perfect garage, and they would be prepared to pay 4.9% over a property’s asking price for the dream layout – that’s according to the latest research by eBay.

While 91% of respondents to the poll had a garage big enough to house a car, only half (51%) used their garage for this purpose – with clutter preventing 60% of motorists from making the best use of the space available.
