Conduent sells parking business to Modaxo

Conduent has sold its parking IT and enforcement services business to Modaxo, a transportation solutions company.

In the UK Modaxo has been building up its parking portfolio, and already owns the Imperial and Taranto software businesses.

US-based Conduent Incorporated has announced a definitive agreement to sell its Curbside Management Solutions and Public Safety Solutions businesses to Modaxo, which is a division of Canadian group Constellation Software.
