Keith Smithson and Joanna Davinson have been made non-executive directors of the HS2 Ltd Board.
The pair will work alongside HS2 Ltd’s chair Sir Jonathan Thompson to provide oversight and accountability, with the aim of ensuring costs are controlled and the project is delivered in the most effective way for taxpayers.
