Drone Pathfinder Catalyst programme sets direction for commercial use

The commercialisation of drone services in the UK has been given a boost by a government research programme, the Department for Transport said.

The department believes that its Drone Pathfinder Catalyst programme has accelerated commercial drone adoption, provided a deep understanding of the public acceptance of drone and solved various technological challenges through Drones Transport Research and Innovation Grants (TRIG: Drones)
