Canadian police reveal how cars are being targeted and followed

An electronic device designed be stuck on items to help people keep track of belongings has emerged as the latest tool of car thieves in Canada.

Police in York, Ontario, have recorded at least five incidents where domestic tracking devices have been used to follow the location of people’s cars.
