Bristow & Sutor to collect unpaid PCNs issued in Bath’s Clean Air Zone

Bristow & Sutor has extended its debt recovery support of Bath and North East Somerset Council to assist with the city’s new Clean Air Zone (CAZ).Bath was the first CAZ scheme outside of London. Since March, some high emission vehicles have been required to pay to drive in central Bath in a bid to tackle harmful pollution levels.

Bath is operating a ‘Class C’ charging CAZ, which means private motorists will not be charged.
