CitiPark’s Leeds Merrion Centre and First Direct Arena operation has become the first multi-storey car park in the North of England to receive the Park Mark Plus status from the British Parking Association (BPA). The Park Mark Plus award sees sites assessed using criteria focussed on services, operations, design and build.
